Careers
Each career undergoes continuous training that ensures that we deliver the highest quality services to you. All Care Workers will be expected to complete the relevant NVQ qualification in Care and newly appointed staff are required to demonstrate their competence and register for this within the first six months of employment.
Specialist advice, training and information is given to care workers working with specific user groups and/or medical conditions by someone who is professionally qualified to do so.
